Purpose of processing
All data provided by our users and/or visitors on the website will be included in a record of personal data processing activities, created and maintained under the owner's responsibility, essential for:
- 1. Handling requests for information and quotes regarding the installation of charging points made by users.
- 2. Managing and, where applicable, forwarding such requests to collaborating installation companies operating in the user's area, for the sole purpose of dealing with their request.
- 3. Resolving queries or questions raised by our visitors.
Our policy is not to build profiles of users of our services or to make automated decisions with legal effects.
Legal basis for processing
- Contractual and pre-contractual relationship: applies when the user requests a quote or contracts one of the services offered through the website.
- Legitimate interest: to handle the queries and complaints you raise with us and to manage the collection of amounts owed.
- Your consent: if you are a user of our website, by ticking the box on the contact form, you authorise us to send you the communications necessary to respond to the query or information request made.

Your personal data may be shared with collaborating installation companies operating in the province of Málaga, only when necessary to handle your request for information, a quote or an installation, of which the user is informed before submitting the form.

Retention
